First of all, you need to check that you have purchased the PRO plan, as this feature is not available on Base plan.

If the PRO plan has just been paid, but the feature hasn't appeared in the interface - we advise you to update your license according to this instruction. In case the feature is not available after the license update - contact Dolphin technical support.

Very important point: if you add more users to the system, the PRO plan will change to Base. In this case you should also write to Dolphin technical support.
